louwel ( 2008 01 pm): hi, i wanted to cancel my service, i called the customer service line and transferred me from one agent to another then to a voicemail. I just signed up from your company couple days ago and wanting to cancel it now for the fact that i’m not receiving a very good call quality from your service.
louwel ( 2008 01 pm): it would be much more convenient and have a cancel service button in your website but it doesn’t so here i am.

Esteban ( 2008 01 pm): You can just not use the service or uninstall the service and you will not get billed because there is no monthy charge

louwel ( 2008 02 pm): yes i did. have you even read the response from your co-worker the first time i tried to close it? it says to call customer line and i did, all they did was to transfer me from one agent to another then to a voicemail.
louwel ( 2008 02 pm): this is the 4th time i tried to request to close my account.

louwel ( 2008 02 pm): yes i did leave a voicemail. and from the reviews that i’ve gathered from packet8, neither one of their voicemails was returned.

louwel ( 2008 02 pm): do not have to be returned? then why did they say in the voicemail that a representative will return our call?
Esteban ( 2008 02 pm): I really do not know what else to say to you other then your account will be cancelled and your credit card will be taken off the account.

louwel ( 2008 02 pm): i’ll keep my eye on the account and save this conversation as well as my details in my account requesting to cancel my service. if this company would still charge me for the $59.99 cancellation then this report would go to FTC, FCC and the BBB.
